To help keep a project on track, we create a production schedule that is updated and referred to as needed. "It's imperative to inform clients of what they can expect and when they can expect it," says owner Meredith Dittmar. "It's not difficult to assess what customers want. Just put yourself in his or her shoes."

We even create custom forms to help clients with projects such as taking a website to the next level. Recently, Kennell & Associates asked DittmarDesign to help assess needed changes for their website. To help Kennell gather valuable data, DD put together a website feedback form for staff to fill out. Tools like these can really help customers organize their thoughts.

After a project has been completed, we invite customers to tell us what went right and what might have gone better. We want to learn from our clients and we know that good communication and trust helps create a successful project.
